Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may cancel their enrollment in a school one calendar month (30 days) prior to the start of the program; At this time, they will receive a full refund minus a $75.00 administration fee. NO cancellations other than medical will be accepted with less than 30 days notice before the start of the school; there are NO exceptions to this policy. Medical conditions for cancellations must be accompanied by a doctor’s letter and are still subject to the $75.00 administration fee.

Medical Release

In consideration of the participant and his/her parent or guardian being permitted to register the participant, and participate in a Competitive Thread LTD. program, we do hereby permanently release and discharge Competitive Thread LTD, it’s Directors, Agents, Employees and any other person or corporation connected herewith, from all manner of action, injury, damages, costs, claims or demands which we shall or may hereafter have, suffer or receive by reason of such participation in the program. The release shall be binding on our heirs, assigns, executors and administrators.

Equipment

We hereby agree that it is not the responsibility of Competitive Thread LTD. to provide players with the proper equipment. It is agreed that the responsibility lies with the player and if the proper equipment is not worn, the individual will not be allowed to participate on the ice/ field. It is further agreed that Competitive Thread LTD. is not responsible for lost or stolen personal articles or equipment, be it stored, locked, or unlocked. There are no exceptions.

Image Release

We hereby agree and give permission for images of my child, captured during any Competitive Thread LTD. event or activity through video or photo, to be used solely for the purpose of Competitive Thread LTD. promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

Email Marketing

We hereby agree by registering that our email can be used for Competitive Thread Ltd. marketing to send emails. If you do not wish to be included on this list you can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of the email.
