GW WINTER HOCKEY ACADEMY (Female Only)
Welcome to the GW Hockey Academy, where excellence meets
empowerment in women’s hockey development. Our program, set to commence on
Wednesday October 30th, offers a unique blend of professional training and personal growth,
tailored exclusively for aspiring female hockey athletes in U11,U13, & U-15.
Program Overview: GW Hockey Academy is more than
just a training program; it’s a comprehensive development journey that begins
with a detailed intake process, including both on and off-ice testing. Our
inaugural session will provide players with insightful reports and video
analyses, meticulously breaking down individual skills and gameplay.
Schedule and Sessions: Running every Wednesday from
October 30 to February 26th from 4:00- 5:00 @ Michael Cameron Arena. Our program is meticulously scheduled to maximize player development. Each week, athletes will engage in a carefully curated mix of on-ice training sessions.
On-Ice Excellence: Our on-ice training, led by Sara Diamond
and a team of esteemed coaching and playing professionals,
including the expertise of Dan Waschuk, ensures a rich learning environment.
With a coaching ratio of 3 athletes per coach, each player receives
personalized attention and guidance.
Comprehensive Training Breakdown:
- 15 on-ice skill sessions
- 1 initial testing session
Exclusive Gear and Resources: Participants will be equipped with a brand new Jersey.
